Why do I need to continue SEO if I have better search rankings?

Getting rankings is only half the battle. Search engines are constantly evolving and updating their algorithms, and other SEO companies may apply sneaky strategies to your competitors’ websites (which might rank them quickly but also get them kicked off Google!).
Your rankings can fluctuate from one day to the next. Maintaining current rankings is just as involved as getting new ones; it takes constant research, updates and testing to keep your URL ranking in higher positions. Stopping SEO, after you’ve achieved good rankings, will result in a loss of rankings quickly.
